About Omega Risk Management

On January 1, 2013 Omega Risk Management LLC changed its name to Omega Risk Management, Inc. This name change coincided with Philipp J. Bischoff assuming ownership of the company. Although the name has changed, our mission has not. We will continue to provide our clients with executive level consulting. Our role as an independent firm engaged, only in consulting, allows us to provide our clients with professional unbiased advice on the insurance and risk management issues that arise in commercial real estate and construction.

Omega’s staff has conducted or supervised insurance and risk management due diligence evaluation for lenders in more than $300 billion of commercial real estate transactions. These transactions have included New York’s Time Warner Center and The New York Times building, and the Hollywood & Highland Complex in Hollywood, Calif.

Omega Risk Management was originally established in 2001 by James E. Branigan, a leader in managing large commercial and industrial risks for more than 30 years.
